We can repair single-skin steel fuel storage tanks that have failed due to spot corrosion from either the outside with a process called tank re-tightening. The re-tightening process uses destructive testing and repair methods to restore a tank without the need to complete a full re-line.

Failed tanks can be repaired and put back into use very quickly, making the cost comparatively low when compared to full tank replacement or re-lining, and in our experience, re-tightened tanks have not gone on to fail again.

We can also quickly prolong the life of your fuel storage tanks by seamlessly transforming a single-skin steel tank into a double-skin tank with our Fastliner bladder tank lining system.

Our retrofit double-wall tank lining system uses the same thickness and construction specification as a double-wall GRP/FRP (composite) tank and is the only tank lining system strong enough to be monitored with a Class 1 pressure system
