All above ground tanks provided by Europump are manufactured using steel with a double skin or to design that has secondary containment in the event of a leak or a spill ensuring we always meet the requirements of DSEAR, the Dangerous Substances and Explosive Atmospheres Regulations.
Above ground diesel storage tanks are available with storage capacities from 2000 litres up to an excess of 100,000 litres. The installation of an above ground fuel tank is relatively simple with most associated equipment including tank gauging, pumps and fuel management being installed within the tank’s cabinet prior to the above ground tank being delivered to your fuelling facility depot.
Above ground tanks can be supplied as a single vessel or can be compartmentalised to contain other products such as diesel, gas oil, lubrication oil, hydraulic oil, waste oil and many other oil products.
Europump supply as a minimum on every above ground diesel tank a reliable overfill prevention device and high- and low-level warning alarms which are available either as standalone unit or as part of a fully integrated leak detection system.
Pipework to the above ground storage tank are designed as to prevent tampering, leakage and spillage.
Ultimately procurement of an above ground fuel oil storage tank requires very little disruption to your daily depot operation being installed quickly with just a firm concrete base and power supply needing to be ready for a quick connection and then you are good to go.
